City Plans
[Build Back Better Together (BBBT)](https://louisvilleky.gov/government/build-back-better-together), Steering Committee - city planning process for COVID-19 economic recovery.
This process will determine new priorities and priorities from existing plans for Metro to fund and implement. The economic recovery emphasis for Metro will be on entrepreneurship, talent development/upskilling.
The economic recovery process should be led by public health and lessons learned from COVID-19.
While community can participate in workgroups to brainstorm initial ideas, community does not have decision-making power for final decisions about priorities.
Disruption includes:
- Demanding to see the process that guarantees community has final decision making power
- Demanding the process change to ensure community has final decision making power
- Demand Steering Committee and other participants refuse to work with Metro until demands are met
